Enrollment Procedures

Enrollment at USD #303 may be completed in the Elementary School or High School Offices. Grades K-6 enroll at the elementary building and grades 7-12 at the high school building. Items needed by the offices at time of enrollment include the student's immunization record, a copy of the state issued birth certificate, social security number (optional), prior school academic records, health assessment for students entering from out-of-state or for first time enrollment, KSHSAA physical completed for students in grades 6-12 wishing to participate in interscholastic sports or cheerleading. Students transferring from another school and wishing to participate in athletics, will need to complete a transfer form for KSHSAA, unless enrolling in 7th grade or 9th grade for the first time. The transfer form will be completed with the principal.
Upon arrival for enrollment, the offices will furnish the parent/guardian with appropriate forms needed to be completed prior to the student beginning classes.
Enrollment will not be completed until fees are paid or arrangements have been made for payment. Students new to the district may have a minimum of one day admission delay after completing enrollment procedures.
Parents/Guardians of students wishing to live outside the USD #303 boundaries, but attend school at USD #303, will need to submit a letter to the Superintendent and Board of Education requesting to attend USD #303.
