Daphne-6th, 20:39 Great to have back, phenomenal race to end her 1st season! Fabulous season!
Callie-13th, 21:03 Huge breakout race when we need it the most! Extremely gutsy competitor! Monster season!
Riley-21st, 21:33 Ridiculous FAST 3rd mile to help put us in title position! Fabulous season from the little kid!
Jordan-30th, 22:27 Had to have her today and she answered the call in a huge way! Healthy at the perfect time!
Raylee-36th, 22:38 Another breakout race! Stepped up in a massive way. Got healthy at the perfect time!
Brynlee-52nd, 23:30 Only 3 seconds away from PR at the most important meet, Fabulous 2nd half of the season!
Corinne-53rd, 23:32 Had a tough race but still battled! Very bright future!
Chaz-22nd, 17:57 Was a beast the entire 3rd mile moving up in medal contention. Awesome career! We love Chaz!
Younger’s Comments: “WOW! That summarizes everything! Everyone was extra special today and
they competed like heck, especially the 3rd mile, all 7 runners! Daphne had a huge race to lead the team
and break up the Pretty Prairie pack and Callie’s race was huge to finish in the top 20 which I knew we
needed at least 2 medalists to have a chance; and we almost had 3-Riley put on a monstrous surge at
the halfway mark that completely changed the team standings in real time! Jordan had her best ‘race’ of
the season as did Raylee and Brynlee by a wide margin! Corinne had some sickness struggles but that’s
why you have a TEAM, everyone has each other’s back! Brecklyn was Momma B all week and she
provided when they needed her the most! Hanging a banner in with this group is extra special as they
became a TEAM way back in June. Chaz ran an amazing 3rd mile to put himself in position to earn a top
20 placing; it truly was a fight to the finish as he was less than 7 seconds from a medal. His
transformation over 4 years has been incredible as had himself a heck of a season! Shout out to Kori as
she was an awesome manager all season and a valuable asset to the program! We became a Family
this season and I cannot wait to see what else this group can accomplish. I have built a special bong with
each of them that is amazing. Assistant Coach Joe Flax has been a huge asset to the program as he and
I have built a strong coaching duo! This TEAM represented Ness City this season in a way EVERYONE
can be proud of. I want to thank everyone for the positive support we felt all season as we are pumped to
be able to bring a State Championship back to Ness City!
