1st Graders Enjoy Grandparents Day

The 1st Grade students hosted Grandparents Day recently. It was a day full of activities and learning. Almost every student had a grandparent visit the classroom and several had multiple grandparents visit. All participants had the opportunity to play Bingo, Interview the grandparents, Read a story together, eat a snack, watch a movie produced by the students Reasons Why I Love my Grandparents, and all the grandparents received a gift made by the students for participating.
We had almost everyone bring one set of grandparents, some even brought two.
